Day 5: Sinuwa – Dovan
It’s getting much colder at 2600mm. The teahouses could all do with a giant central wood burner, but in the Annapurna Conservation Area you aren’t allowed to cut down trees. They just provide blankets which come from a padlocked cupboard that have been hand-stitched by men all around the valley.
The kids invented a game called Monsters from Munster in their sleeping bags. To play you need a sleeping bag and head torch. You put the head torch on and get in the sleeping bag. It shines through and you look a bit like a Cyclops, or a Monster from Munster. Guten Nacht.
